Day 5: Restaurant Review

Ingredient Review
by Luke

Ingredient is, in my opinion, the best place to eat in Leawood. They have a nice outdoor play area next to the restaurant with turf instead of grass and red, orange, and yellow patio furniture. During the winter, this area becomes an ice skating rink.
Ingredient has one of the most creative menus out of the many restaurants I’ve visited. Not only do they have a creative menu, but they also have a wide variety of items on the menu. I suggest the Create-Your-Own Burger or the Create-Your-Own Salad.
You should stop into Ingredient for a snack sometime. They have great hummus and flatbread. Another delicious snack is deviled eggs.
Local bands often play outside Ingredient during the summer. Usually quite a few people come to see those bands.
In my opinion, Ingredient’s food gets 19 out of 21 sweet potato fries because the food is exceptional. For the price, I give it two out of three dollar signs. The popularity earns two and a half out of five people; often many table remain empty.
